Building 8420 Unit 203

Performed 10’ x 15’ APP Modified Bitumen Repair

Sealed all AC ducts and installed a new platform 55” x 55”

Addressed 7 ponding water areas (Each area approximately 5′ x 5′)

Build up with roofing material

Building 8330 Unit 206

Sealed all AC ducts and installed a new platform 55” x 55”

Unit 201

Performed 8’ x 10’ APP Modified Bitumen Repair

Sealed all AC ducts and installed a new platform 55” x 55”

10 ponding water areas (each area approximately 5′ x5′).

Build up with roofing material (alleviate the ponding water).

Make one 10′ x 10′ torch repair.

Building 8320 Unit 205

Sealed all AC ducts and installed a new platform 55” x 55”

Unit 201

Two leaks were found.

Sealed all AC ducts and installed a new platform 55” x 55”

Cleaned roof in area over unit.

Sealed penetrations in area over unit.

17 ponding water areas.

Build up with roofing material (each area approximately 5′ x 5′)

Building 8400: Flat roof replacement (7,000 sqft)

Tore off two (2) layers of existing roofing to plywood deck and hauled away.

Removed all downspouts and hauled away.

Thoroughly inspected and repaired / replaced any damaged / deteriorated wood membranes.

Removed existing coping metal and hauled away.

Where needed, installed tapered wood nailer to ensure water flows to inner edge back on to roof.

Extended crickets out to promote better water drainage.

Installed all new clad metal scuppers and overflows.

Installed new 3” x 4” downspouts.

Mechanically attached 1/4″ DensDeck over entire roof.

DensDeck to be mechanically attached to entire field of roof and up parapet walls.

Roofing Installation

Mechanically attached 60 mil white reinforced Sarnafil Sikaplan Title 24 approved PVC single ply roofing membrane.

Hot air welded end and side laps per manufacturer specifications.

 

Hot air welded membrane to create complete monolithic roof seal.

All details (including edge / wall terminations, curb flashings, and pipe / vent penetrations) have be done in accordance with manufacturer specifications using prefabricated & field fabricated pipe boots, corners and joints.

Installed walk pad leading from roof access points to rooftop equipment.

Removed all debris caused by roofing and hauled away.

Provided Owner with a Twenty (20) Year Manufacturers No-Dollar-Limit Labor, Material & Workmanship Warranty on New Roofing System.
